TBA Professional Management Solutions will host its Annual Networking Career Opportunity Fair in Byram MS. The opportunity fair will last from 8:30am-5:00pm
We are targeting students and eager professionals from local colleges/universities and the community who would like to secure jobs or are looking to advance in their careers. The event is set to have over 300 job seekers and we’d like to give them the opportunity to meet with 100 employers.
Ideally, we’d like to have 100 employers that are ready to hire; however, we would like to provide resources to our job seekers as well, such as resume review and polishing, mock interview sessions, professional headshots, skills training, and much more. This gives, you, the employer the opportunity to interview qualified and ready individuals as vendors and/or as well assets in the community by becoming a sponsor.
This is a win-win event. Not only does it help connect people with quality employment opportunities, but it also provides a low-cost and convenient way for local businesses to find quality employees.
The cost of sponsorship is in 3 levels:
Level 1 – $400.
As a sponsor you will receive the following benefits in return for this tax deductible donation:
- Event registration fee waived ($75 value if attending event as a employer vendor)
- 6″ table at event (if attending event as a employer vendor) and distribution of your marketing materials
- Recognition on our website, including live link to your business for one year
- Free Consultation with Professional Management Solutions.

- 1st pick on employee pool
Level 2 – $300
As a sponsor you will receive the following benefits in return for this tax deductible donation:
- Event registration fee waived ($75 value if attending event as a employer vendor)
- 6″ table at event (if attending event as a employer vendor) and distribution of your marketing materials
- 50% off consulting services
- 1st pick on employee pool
Level 3 – $200
As a sponsor you will receive the following benefits in return for this tax deductible donation:
- Event registration fee waived ($75 value if attending event as a employer vendor)
- 6″ table at event (if attending event as a employer vendor) and distribution of your marketing materials
The annual networking career opportunity fair will successfully provide local businesses with the staff they need, particularly with the new school year approaching and many summer workers and interns are leaving. There will be HR professionals from all industries to help career seekers with questions or skills needed to obtain the best career. We are pouring our hearts and hard work into making this event a success and hope you will see the benefit of it in the Byram and greater Jackson communities.
